MCPD | NOx Reduction | Perkins 640kW Diesel Generator

This Perkins 4006-23TAG2A 640kW Diesel Generator is now compliant for the new MCPD (Medium Combustion Plant Directive) requirements for NOx 190mg/Nm3@15%O2.

Agriemach were asked to engineer a solution to tap into the existing exhaust pipework and install our NOxMASTER™ SCR exhaust assembly in order to meet the new emissions requirement for NOx and keeping within site space constraints. This involved a bespoke support frame design over the engine with full consideration over backpressure within the SCR design – which can be seen in the photo.
