MCPD Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) | Cummins 1400 kVA

This 1400 kVA Cummins Diesel Generator has been fitted with a Silenced NOxMASTER™ Selective Catalytic Reduction System to reduce its NOx Emissions to below 190mg/Nm3@15%O2 in line with the Medium Combustion Plant Directive permit conditions.

Agriemach designed this compact skid mounted solution to meet silencing requirements of 65 dBA@1m, which was engineered into the design to keep the overall footprint, as well as backpressure, as small as possible.

Not only that, but the system has been designed as a “plug and play” solution which simply required power to the PLC, signals to and from the engine controller and of course the reductant (AdBlue) in the tank. This saves a vast amount of installation time and optimises every aspect for our clients.
