Formaldehyde Exhaust Catalyst – Guascor 520kW

Agriemach have supplied a Bespoke Designed Exhaust Catalyst for specifically targeting Formaldehyde in the exhaust of a 520kW Guascor HGM 240.

The customer required a reduction to under 40mg per metre cubed which was safely achieved in our sizing. However as no provision for the catalyst had previously been made, we designed a bespoke catalyst to be installed at the inlet of the Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger choosing an appropriate cell density to allow us to hit the target value and work within the backpressure limits given to us.
