The Agriepure System 3 offers 52 litres per minute of diesel filtration. The system has been developed for machines with large tanks, diesel reservoirs, storage vessels and almost any application. Industrial, Marine, Military etc.

System 3 is fitted with three filter chambers each in turn holding a Racor Aquablock filter element. At the bottom of each filter chamber is the unique centrifugal force system to push larger amounts of water and dirt down and aid the separation that the filter element is already working on. Due to the clear bowls at the bottom of each chamber it is instant to see the work being carried out. You will see the sludge and water contamination being drawn through the suction hose and arriving in the clear bowls. Not only is this a diesel polishing/cleaning system but also a diagnosis tool. The system will allow you to see inside inaccessible tanks by taking out the contaminants for you.

The Agriepure System 3 is ideal for such cases as generator tank contamination. Large Generating Sets hold vast amounts of diesel fuel, and quite often cannot be shutdown without a huge cost involved due to down time and also finding a replacement generator. This system can be hooked up while the generator is running, cleaning the diesel tank at a rate of 52 Litres per minute.

Diesel contamination is wide spread, diesel bug will grow as long as there is water and dirt to help it along. Water build up occurs when the tank has warmed up during the day and cooled down at night, (condensation). It is difficult to stop this happening but far easier to make sure that this build up is taken out regularly.

Racor Diesel Biocide is recommended for deep cleaning tanks and can be purchased from us.

If needed, Agriemach will develop upon request a system with higher flow rate, or to filter other type of fluids.
