Delivery Options
We offer many delivery options to suit your requirements and timescale. International deliveries are priced based on volumetric weight and we will advise you on additional carriage charges before sending your order. Likewise if the carriage charge is less than estimated, we will refund the difference.
Delivery Times
Most orders received by 2pm will go out the same day. Some products may take up to 2 days to dispatch if they are made-up to order. Our manufactured to order products can take up to 2 weeks for delivery, but generally turnaround time is much better than this – Please call for further details.
Collections
You are more than welcome to arrange collection direct from our warehouse. In this case you will need to call our offices to place your order and arrange a time slot for collection. This will ensure that our warehouse team are expecting you and more importantly, will have your order ready and waiting.
