These 5 Volvo TWD 1643GE generators running on used cooking oil are now compliant for the MCPD (Medium Combustion Plant Directive) requirements for NOx 190mg/Nm3@15%O2.

Agriemach Ltd were chosen as the preferred partner for this retro-fit installation where we Designed, Manufactured, Delivered, Installed, Commissioned and Project Managed from start to finish.

Not only NOx reduction, but integrated silencing was engineered into this retro-fit solution, achieving 75dB(A)@1m. This design reduced the installation space required and overall footprint of the installation. In fact, it was not much bigger than the original “Silencer Only” installation!
