SCR, Oxidation and 3-Way Catalysts

Agriemach offer an extensive range of exhaust catalysts for targeting the most common toxins found in engine exhaust gas, such as Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbons, Nitrogen Oxides or NOx, Formaldehyde and Ethylene. We cover market areas including Power Generation, Combined Heat and Power (CHP), Gas Compression, mobile plant and other industrial use.

With a global knowledge base we are able to offer the perfect product for each application, dealing with a long list of different fuels including Natural Gas, Diesel, Bio-fuels which include Waste Water Treatment, Landfill and Digester gas.

We deal with all types of engine size, including Stoichiometric engines for our Three Way Catalysts, Lean Burn engines and Gas Turbines for our SCR Systems and Oxidation Catalysts, along with offering a bespoke design service to ensure that the catalyst will fit perfectly into our customers designed systems.

It is key that a catalyst is sized correctly, this includes ensuring that maximum exhaust gas expansion is reached over the catalyst surface in order to achieve the desired efficiency. Computational Fluid Dynamics Simulation is also offered in particularly difficult applications where it is deemed necessary to ensure the solution will work – this is seen more with our Gas Turbine applications where exhaust gas velocity is far greater than reciprocating engines.

We offer a comprehensive service to our customers whether it be for single item solutions, through to volume customers. Part of our extensive service includes bespoke product design which can include not only the physical dimensions of the product but also accommodating specific sound attenuation based on customer requirements.

We supply customers in the UK and throughout Europe with our market leading emissions products, and offer highly customised solutions, shorter lead times and greater quality control over our products. Where required, we also offer installation engineers, Commissioning Engineers and service contracts as an additional part of our fully comprehensive service.
