Where to fit and why:
The FM32TS is designed for fuel systems with 32mm (1.25") pipes and has 1.25" BSP fittings. The FM32TS is for 1.25" pipe systems with high flow rates and is typically used in heating and power plants, ship fuel systems and fuel storage tank outlets. It should be fitted ahead of a particulate filter, and as close as possible to it, to protect the filter from premature blocking.
You will need (not supplied):
- 2 x 1.25" BSPP connector
Tools you will need:
- 46mm wrench
- 55mm wrench
Fitting guidance:
The FM32TS is simple to fit for any competent maintenance technician.
Fitting notes:
- Ensure the PFC is adequately supported
- Apply thread sealant (supplied)
- If installed horizontally ensure the label is facing directly up
